I am so glad we came here to eat! We read the reviews and saw the 3.9 rating and were hesitant. This food was delicious! Despite the locals giving us the stare down when we came in, we enjoyed our dinner. The Salsa and warm chips , the delicious red enchilada sauce and the amazing Chili Rellenos and not to mention the Homemade Corn Tortillas! Food was the BOMB! Open one in Denver, CO please! These Chicanos got down, nice way to end our Roswell trip! Thanks for delicious eating!
Quiet atmosphere, very clean restaurant and extremely clean bathrooms. The chips and salsa were very flavorful. The combination plate was The best you could get in town. Waitress were kind and polite and bilingual. They were able to serve and explain different types of meat or beef, pork, etc.
All the food we ordered was so good and fresh made. Service was also awesome! Will definitely go back!

Love this place!! My favorite is the beef Flautas and asado! The Sopapillas are bomb and HUGE!!! When u go ask to be served by Savannah she's amazing!!!
I came in early asking for Shrimp Contail. I was not disappointed. The dish was a cool, refreshing mix of shrimp, avocado cucumber, jalapeno, cilantro, shrimp, spices and tomato juice. Lime, pico de gayo, and onion were served on the side. No carbs, No suger. This was perfect for a hot day. The young ladies that helped me were kind and patient.
My brother and I went in for brunch was seated promptly. The server to go drink order right away which was a plus. Chips and salsa we're very excellent. I had the two eggs and pancake highly recommend. Would definitely dine at Los novillos again.
I've dined at nearly every restaurant in Roswell, and this particular establishment's cuisine was exceptionally delicious. Interestingly enough, this is the first time I am actually writing a food review. Also, the atmosphere of the restaurant, adorned with rustic decor and featuring two magnificent bullheads mounted on the walls, added a touch of Western charm that enhanced the dining experience.
